(ii) outline the measures being taken to ensure that the delay does not occasion pending bills and other charges that may result from breach of tender agreements?
(iii) expound on actions being implemented by KeRRA and KURA to ensure that roads under their jurisdiction which are due for maintenance are not affected by the delay in disbursement of funds? 062/2025 The Member for Runyenjes (Hon. (i) state the immediate and long-term measures the Ministry is taking to curb the frequent accidents caused by miraa transport vehicles along the Nairobi-Meru Highway?
(ii) outline the actions being taken to ensure that the miraa transport sector complies with the Traffic Act (Cap 403) and prioritises road safety and human life, in line with Article 26 of the Constitution?
(iii) highlight on any policy or legislative interventions proposed by the Ministry to regulate the miraa transport sector and hold rogue drivers accountable to the law for endangering public lives?
