Order, Members! As it is now the usual norm, we do not have the required numbers. Therefore, I order the Quorum Bell to be rung for 10 minutes.

We still do not have the required numbers. I, therefore, order that the Quorum Bell be rung for another five minutes to see if we can raise the numbers.

Order, Members! Order! Hon. Members, I have given 10 minutes so we ask Members wherever they are to come to the Chamber. At this point in time, we are 39 and the two Whips are out there waiting to come in. Even if they come back, we will be 41. This means we do not have quorum even after having given an extra five minutes.

Hon. Members, I will do what is necessary because I have given 10 minutes. If you look at Standing Order No. 34, I have given 10 minutes and another five minutes and we are now 41. So, I will now do what I am supposed to.
