Hon. Members, there seems to be a serious challenge with quorum this morning. I direct that the Bell be rung for 10 minutes.
Sergeant-at-Arms, proceed and ring the Quorum Bell for an additional five minutes.
ADJOURNMENT
Order, Hon. Members. As you can see, we have a challenge with quorum. The time being 9.51 a.m., this House stands adjourned until 16th November 2022 at 2.30 p.m.
